PARK COTTAGE

This beach cottage in Avalon was renovated with family life in mind. The layout was opened up to feel lighter and allow for better flow throughout. The rear extension leads out to a new pool and deck, while the bathrooms and laundry were updated to feel calm and functional. Nothing over the top, just effortless and comfortable.
