Jamie Wareing

Jamie brings over 14 years of experience in high-end construction, project management, renovations, extensions and architectural builds. He is known for his approachable nature, strong leadership and hands-on involvement throughout every stage of the build.
Over the years, Jamie has built a diverse portfolio of residential projects across the Northern Beaches and North Shore. His calm, solutions-focused approach and genuine care for his clients have earned him a reputation as a trusted and respected builder.

Will was Jamie's first apprentice, and the two have worked together seamlessly since they met in 2014. Will is an excellent communicator and a skilled craftsman with a strong commitment to quality. He is a valuable asset to the Stony Creek team. Jamie often refers to him as a "master craftsman", praising his dedication to delivering flawlessly finished projects. With over a decade of experience, Will now leads the wider team, playing a key role in the success of the company's projects.

Paul joined Stony Creek as an apprentice in 2021 and has gone from strength to strength ever since. Now a qualified carpenter, he’s known for his hard work, dedication, and attention to detail. Everyone who works with him agrees he’s an absolute pleasure to have on site. -

We had a great experience with Jamie and the team, and as daunting as finding a builder can be, this team is extremely trustworthy. We’re loving the new place and would gladly recommend Stony Creek. Jamie, Will and the team took the job from the initial design process through to completion. Their attention to detail was great, particularly when it came to renovating older parts of the house that needed a bit of extra help or when dealing with some irregularities that arose when doing an extension to an existing home.
